Fill out our contact form to get the process started.  The more information we can get from the beginning, the better our proposal will fit your vision. But, don’t worry – we can always tweak details as we move along in the planning process.  

We work our magic.

We create a custom quote just for you.  Based on everything you told us, we will create a proposal of service to use as a starting point. Our proposals are quite comprehensive and you should not have any surprises later down the road unless you request big changes.

Review the proposal and ask us questions. Ask for revisions if needed. Let’s make sure you are excited about your proposal and that it reflects a menu that you love.

Lock us in. 

Secure our services with a contract and deposit.  We only take so many events each weekend to ensure excellent quality of food and service, so don’t let your date get away!
